TCHD-Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

Description:

Tazewell County Health Department serves as a site for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program for Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and Marshall counties. The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment if she qualifies.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please call. Income level will not disqualify a woman from being eligible to receive services. You may be able to receive free services if you are a woman who:

-Resides in Marshall, Peoria, Tazewell, or Woodford County (for other Illinois counties, please call 888-522-1282 or visit https://dph.illinois.gov/topics-services/life-stages-populations/womens-health-services/ibccp to find your local agency)
-Without insurance or Underinsured
-21 to 64 years old (*younger women may be eligible in some cases)
