Description:

The Division of Rehabilitation Services is the state's lead agency serving individuals with disabilities. DRS works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities.

Eligibility:

Vocational Rehabilitation: Individuals age 16 to 64 years old who have a significant physical or mental impairment that makes it difficult to go to work.




In-Home Assistance: Children and adults, age 59 and under, who have a severe disability. Anyone age 60 or over in need of in-home assistance should contact Alternatives for the Older Adult at 1-800-798-0988.
