INCIL-Personal Assistant Coordination Line

Description:
This INCIL line has been established for home services consumers whose personal assistant (or independent provider) is not showing up for work. The toll-free, Springfield-based number will be answered 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Callers must disclose their county so that they can be directed to the appropriate Center for Independent Living for help in arranging another personal assistant to fill in so that services are not interrupted.

Monday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility:
Illinois residents whose personal assistant is not available to help with activities of daily living (getting out of bed, taking medication, cooking, etc.)
