Description:

Brightpoint's Early Start provides family support in a group setting and via in-home visits, educating parents on child development, positive discipline techniques, and parenting skills. The program also helps transition children into a school setting through a prekindergarten program.

Eligibility:

Families in Woodford, McLean, DeWitt, and Piatt counties with children prenatal up to age three.

The focus is on families who are low-income or are facing other barriers.
