The Maitri Path to Wellness Extended Care Residential Addiction Treatment Center offers a 3 to 6-month personalized program for individuals in addiction recovery. Key components include-

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A limited weekly rent is charged.

*Commitment to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle
*Evidence of 30 days sobriety
*Proof of residency of La Salle, Marshall, Putnam, Stark, Woodford, Bureau, Lee, Livingston, Grundy, Kendall, or southern DeKalb County
*Completion of assessment confirming the program is the correct fit
*Willingness to follow a personalized treatment plan
