CIAA & Neighborhood House - Senior Farmer's Market Program Vouchers

Central Illinois Agency on Aging (CIAA) is partnering with Neighborhood House to distribute Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program vouchers at the Neighborhood House on the listed dates below. Please see the qualifying information and plan on attending to receive the vouchers. Program vouchers will be redeemable at farmer's markets in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties. Seniors living in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Marshall, Stark, and Fulton counties are eligible to pick up the vouchers.

July 9: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
July 10: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
July 11: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If a senior is unable to get to Neighborhood House, they are able to send a proxy to pick up the voucher. If they would like to send someone, they need the following items:
*A written note from the senior stating the proxy!€™s name and that they allow this person to pick up the voucher in their absence. This note also needs to list the senior!€™s full name that would match their Driver!€™s License or State ID
* The proxy needs to bring their own current and valid Driver!€™s License or State ID AND the senior!€™s current and valid Driver!€™s License or State ID

*Age 60 or older
*Proof of ID
*Meet household income requirements, which are 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines (please call to confirm if unsure)

Program vouchers will be redeemable at farmer's markets in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties.
