Description:
The Pekin Preschool Family Education Center's Prenatal to Three Program offers the following:
-Free personal home visits (bi-weekly)
-Build and develop family's strengths and goals
-Ages and Stages developmental screenings for children
-Friendly parent groups to meet and socialize with other parents
-Connections to resources and other agencies in the area
-Special family events throughout the year
-Play groups to encourage peer social interaction
-Toy and Book Lending Library
-Research-based Baby Talk curriculum for children prenatal to 3 years old
-Educational activities
-Spanish-speaking Family Educator available
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Eligibility:
Families with children prenatal to 3 years old living in Pekin District 108. Families must also meet at least one of the following criteria:
-Low-income families
-Experiencing homelessness
- English is not the primary language
-Teen parent(s) or parent(s) who have not completed high school
-Children with a potential developmental delay
-Foster families
-Families living without a support system
