Description:
Healthy Start, Healthy Families provides in-home coaching and resources to families parenting children up to age three, with an emphasis on bonding and social-emotional growth.
The program's home visitors provide information on early childhood care, developmental milestones, and overall child and family well-being. Healthy Families works with families to ensure they are connected to medical, dental, mental health, and other community resources.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Families with children up to age 3 or expecting a child. Serves Woodford, McLean, DeWitt, Piatt, , Champaign, Vermilion, Ford, Douglas, Moultrie, Coles, and DeKalb counties
