The Peoria County Courthouse Legal Self-Help Center offers general legal information, explanations of court processes, and simple legal forms. During set hours, a Prairie State Legal Services navigator is present to assist patrons.
Hours:
The Legal Self-Help Center/Law Library is open when the Peoria County Courthouse is open: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of some holidays.
A Prairie State Legal Services navigator is available during the following hours:
Monday: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

English spoken by the staff. Arrangements can be made for those in need of foreign language translation or hearing aids and services per the Tenth Judicial Circuit's Policy on Access for Persons with Disabilities.
