Description
Our assisted living facility provides a variety of support services with staff present around the clock. Our trained caregivers pride themselves on providing exceptional care to our residents. They are kind, gentle, compassionate and enjoy the time they spend with our residents. Along with superior care, our home-cooked meals are delicious. Assisted Living residents have several daily choices when it comes to meals, and the desserts are divine! Snyder Village Assisted Living is located on the north edge of the campus in a beautiful rural setting with views of the countryside and the lakes. This gives our residents quiet and peaceful surroundings while still being close to shopping and other amenities in Metamora and the Peoria area. Assisted Living also keeps a very active social calendar, and our residents may participate in daily activities such as exercise, trivia, Bible devotions, movies, bingo, performances from local entertainers and much more!

Unlike other retirement communities in the Peoria area, Snyder Village offers independent living apartments and cottages . There are 39 apartments and 170 cottages located on our beautiful campus, and potential residents have a choice of several different cottage designs that range from 900 -1900 square feet. Customization options are also available. Snyder Village offers maintenance free living so you can go and enjoy all the activities offered on our campus and leave the mowing and shoveling to us.

Description
The Snyder Village Health Center opened in 1988 and has 104 beds, 27 of them dedicated to the Dementia Special Care Neighborhood. Our facility offers both long-term care and short-term recovery following hospitalization. Services available to residents include dining and nutrition, social services, activities, laundry and housekeeping, skilled therapy (physical, speech, occupational) and an on-site beauty shop. The Health Center is recognized for its high nursing staff-to-resident ratio and all of our beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
