Heartland Health Services is a federally funded organization that provides medical services for everyone, including low-income adults and children, regardless of ability to pay.
PLEASE NOTE that transportation assistance is available to get to appointments (just ask Heartland about this).

Starting Jan. 4, 2023, the Heartland Health Services-Sheridan location will temporarily relocate adult care, counseling services and medication-assisted treatment services to the Human Services Center, located at 228 NE Jefferson St., Peoria. Heartland Health Services-Sheridan is currently located in the Peoria City County Health Department Building at 2116 N. Sheridan Road, Peoria, which is undergoing renovations.
The clinic will move back to 2116 N. Sheridan Road when construction is complete in 2024.

Regular Clinic Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After Hours Walk-In Clinic at KNOXVILLE location (1800 N Knoxville Avenue, Suite A, Peoria, IL):
Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
