There will be priority periods:
October 2023 (Beginning Oct. 2) - age 60+, People with Disabilities, or a household that has a child age 5 or under
November 2023 - the October priority group AND households who are disconnected or have a disconnect notice
December 2023 - everyone
The program will run through August 15th, 2024 or before if funding runs out.
