About this Provider

Description:

Cordoba Healthcare works with local doctors, nurses, community volunteers, and students to provide a free specialty medical clinic model. Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology (including pediatric), nutrition and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services, and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services (it currently operates out of Heartland's location on W. John Gwynn Jr. Avenue on Sundays) and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Please note that mental health services are not provided.

Hours:

Sundays, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Ideally call first, but walk-ins are accepted)
May call anytime and leave a message for a return call. Messages are checked daily.

May call anytime (preferred) or walk in during Sunday hours.

Languages:

English and Spanish (interpreter available upon request; appointment must be made)

Services are focused on uninsured and underinsured individuals.
