The Colleagues of Compassus are committed to keeping The Hospice Promise by delivering the highest quality of care, serving the needs of patients and families and spreading the stories of hospice to those whom they come into contact. Their goal is to provide the greatest possible comfort and care for those who experience one of life!s most intimate and challenging moments.
Hours:
Main Office: Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The frequency and level of care varies depending on the patient!s and family!s needs. Hospice visits are based on specific needs, the care plan and the condition of the patient.

Hospice is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance companies. Hospice is a financial relief to many with a life-limiting illness because services related to that illness, such as medication, equipment and supplies, are covered by hospice care benefits ! with few out-of-pocket expenses.

Hospice is available for patients with a life expectancy of six months or less, as determined by your physician and the hospice medical director.
