The mission of Rose Medical Association, Inc. is to provide comprehensive substance abuse services for our clients, which will enhance the health and well being of our families and significant others. We provide services to all, regardless of race or economic background. We recognize that our primary purpose is to provide quality and comprehensive treatment services and resources for our community, thereby reducing the consumption of drugs & alcohol, preventing future drug dependency & drug related problems, and maximizing the full potential of our community.

Hours:

Main Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Dosing Hours: Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Intake Process:

Admission is done by appointment only.



There are four parts to the admission process:

1. Screening/Intake

2. Laboratory Studies

3. Physical Examination

4. Orientation



Screening/Intake

After a determination of appropriateness for treatment, we will prepare your personal records. You must provide verification of your identity with two forms of ID. The screening/intake process will include:

1. Information about your drug abuse and psycho-social history

2. Infectious disease education

3. Nursing procedures

4. Medication

Laboratory

Our nursing staff will draw a sample of your blood and will request a urine specimen for routine examination.This includes screening for proper liver and kidney functioning, anemia, cholesterol, signs of infection, diabetes and, if indicated, possible pregnancy. There is also a mandatory screening for syphilis and a skin test for tuberculosis.

Physical Examination

You must complete a physical examination the day of admittance.

Orientation

You are required to attend the Orientation Group within the first two weeks. At this meeting you will learn more about our program and the various services we offer.

Program Fees:

Methadone Treatment
Intake and Assessment - $200.00 (one time fee)
Weekly After Intake Fee - $70.00

Suboxone Treatment
Intake and Assessment - $280.00 (one time fee)

Monthly After Intake Fee - $150.00

Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
Intake & Assessment and Initial Toxicology - $50.00
Individual Sessions - $15.00 per 1/2 hour
Additional Drug Screens - $15.00 each
Group Sessions - $15.00 each
*Fees are expected as services are rendered
