The Mission of the Peoria County Election Commission is to conduct accurate, secure, fair and accessible local, state and federal elections with the highest level of professionalism and integrity in a manner that fosters public trust and confidence in the democratic process.

Hours:

Main Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is open for extended hours for Petition Filing, Early Voting & Voter Registration before each election.

Early Voting for the General Primary Election begins February 8, 2018 in the Election Commision Office.

Vote by Mail for the General Primary Election begins February 8, 2018. Applications for Vote by Mail can be made by mail, in person or on our website starting December 20, 2017.

The last day of Regular Registration to Vote or through a Deputy Registar for the General Primary Election is February 20, 2018. The last day to Register to Vote online thru the State Board of Elections website is March 4, 2018.

Grace Period Registration for the General Primary Election begins February 21, 2018.
