Peoria Promise supports economic development by increasing the number of city of Peoria and West Peoria high school graduates who complete a college or vocational program, thereby delivering a more skilled workforce.

By appointment Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In order to access the Peoria Promise scholarship application, you must FIRST confirm your eligibility by completing the pre-qualification section. This will determine whether or not you are eligible to apply for the Peoria Promise Scholarship.

Eligibility:

*Applicants must live in the Peoria City or West Peoria limits and continue to live in Peoria or West Peoria to be eligible. While enrolled at ICC, they may live on campus in WoodView Commons.

*Applicants must graduate a from Peoria high school, or obtain GED or Homeschooling Certification. Eligible high schools include- Dunlap, Limestone, Manual, Notre Dame, Peoria Christian, Peoria High, Peoria Alternative, Peoria Quest, and Richwoods
