Description:

Access Wireless provides mobile phone service to income-eligible residents as part of the government-funded Lifeline Assistance program. Lifeline is intended to help individuals experiencing financial hardship to stay connected to family members, schools and child care providers, as well as be reachable to potential employers and have a means of communicating in case of emergency. The valuable service that Lifeline provides is designed to be a bridge for those striving for self-sufficiency.

Access Wireless provides customers with a free mobile phone and a free monthly allotment of minutes/text messages/data each month.

Customer Care Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to Midnight
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to Midnight
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Program Fees:

Access Wireless service is FREE to eligible customers and includes a free mobile phone and monthly allotment of minutes, text messaging, and data for one year. There are no monthly bills, long-term contracts, activation fees, recurring fees, or surcharges for Access Wireless customers.

Eligibility:

Individuals may qualify for Lifeline service if they participate in public assistance programs. Individuals may also qualify based on total household gross monthly income. If you are applying based on income eligibility, you will need to provide documentation of your income.
