Trillium Place The Knolls, an affiliate of Carle Health, is a residential recovery home program providing substance use disorder treatment services for adult men 18 and older. Proudly affiliated with Carle Health, Trillium Place is a not for profit organization originally formed in April 2019 by joining UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health Services, the Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness. With locations in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka, Trillium Place provides a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use disorder services.

Trillium Place Access Center Hours: Call Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Program Fees:
There is no charge for contacting Trillium Place Access Center for information on mental health or substance use disorder services. For Trillium Place services, most private or commercial insurance, Medicaid and Medicare are accepted. Please call for more details.
