The Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity (PCCEO) offers the Family Empowerment Program, which provides comprehensive case management and services aimed at providing long-term household financial stabilization for individuals and families in Peoria County. Although it has the potential to offer limited financial help in the form of rental assistance and prescription payment assistance, please note that this is not a crisis or emergency program. Those interested must apply and become enrolled in the program.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
