Program Fees:

Most services are free to individuals who have a documented vision loss, are over 18 years of age, and reside in a county served by the organization. There are no income maximums for services.

Must reside in one of the covered counties. All counties in the HOI 211 service area (Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Fulton, Marshall, Putnam, and Stark) are covered. For a full list of counties in the state, please visit the Center for Sight & Hearing's website.
