Description:
Early Learning For All (ELFA) is a part of Peoria Regional Office of Education and encompasses programming and services for ages prenatal through five. ELFA's two main programs, Preschool For All and Home Visiting, are both funded through the Illinois State Board of Education's Early Childhood Block Grant. ELFA supports families from all over the county and has no district residency requirements.
Preschool for All has locations at St. Paul Baptist Church in Peoria, and at Hollis Grade School and Oak Grove School in Bartonville. These locations are all full day (8:15-3:15)
Home Visiting focuses on partnering, facilitating, and reflecting with families while working to develop children's motor, language, intellectual, and social-emotional skills.
Hours:
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
School hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Eligibility:
Preschool for All: Peoria County families with children age three to five
Home Visiting: Peoria County families with children up to three years old and those who are expecting a baby.
