The Stroke Family Warmline connects stroke survivors, their families, and caregivers with an American Stroke Association team member who can provide support, helpful information, or just a listening ear.
In addition, in-person support groups are offered in many areas. Those can be located by entering your zip code on the following site: www.stroke.org/en/stroke-support-group-finder
The American Stroke Association is a division of the American Heart Association.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
